The Tüscher brothers are among the most important coachbuilders in Switzerland. Their vehicles always impressed with their elegance and build quality. The Tüschers put bodies on chassis from the manufacturers Delahaye, SS Jaguar, Plymouth, and Buick. Only two Tüscher bodies are said to have found their way onto Alfa Romeo chassis.

On November 1, 1939, the car with chassis number 913014 and engine number 923059 was delivered to Director Weber, painted two-tone gray and light blue. As a spacious cabriolet - wheelbase 3.25 meters - the car had an elegant body shape and plenty of light inside. As always, designer Hans Dinkel designed the form and his colleague Paul Lötscher implemented the drawings on a 1: 1 scale. And as with other designs from Tüscher, there were no screaming accessories and excesses of form and the overall appearance was convincing with its reserved elegance.
