This 1934 Mercedes 500K Tourer with the license plate BYU 150 was delivered in July 1935 by Norwich car dealer Mann Egerton to Sir Everard Talbot Scarisbrick, 2nd Baronet. It is said to be one of only eight right-hand drive Mercedes 500K models sold to the UK. The car was delivered to Scarisbrick Hall, Sir Talbot Scarisbrick's family home in Lancashire. It remained the only 500K to receive its body from Mayfair.
