The Rolls-Royce Phantom VI was a luxurious chauffeur-driven saloon offered by Rolls-Royce from 1968 to 1991. A total of 374 examples were built. The car fleet of former Queen Elizabeth II included two Phantom VI models, the special Silver Jubilee Car presented to her by the British motor industry in 1977 to mark the 25th anniversary of her accession to the throne, and a standard model from 1986. The Silver Jubilee Car, with its raised roof and larger windows, was the No. 1 state coach until the introduction of the two Bentley State Limousines in 2002. Like the other British state coaches, the Phantom VIs do not have an official licence plate and are prepared for displaying the royal standard and the royal coat of arms. When the Queen herself used the car, Spirit of Ecstasy was replaced by a special figure of St George with the dragon.
