After your purchase, we will send your gift voucher as a pdf document for you to print out yourself to the e-mail address you provided during the order process. Your gift voucher contains an issue date and can be redeemed by you or the recipient of the voucher within three years up to the specified value. This period begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was issued. You are entitled to denomination of the voucher purchased. You are only entitled to payment of the voucher amount within your 14-day right of cancellation, unless we go out of business within the validity period of your voucher. Of course, we grant you a right of exchange if you do not like the goods you have ordered. However, you only have the option of exchanging it for other goods or for a voucher that you can redeem with your next purchase.
