This Mercedes-Benz Type 630 with a supercharged engine was fitted with an extravagant body by the luxury coachbuilder Saoutchik in Paris for Monsieur Fagan. It was a mock cabriolet (French: ‘faux-cabriolet’) with four glass panes set into the roof. The crowning glory of this work of art is a Gallic rooster made of glass as a radiator grille by Lalique. Today, the Mercedes is on display at the Technik Museum Sinsheim.
