This glorious Hispano-Suiza dual-cowl phæton bodied by the top Paris carrossier Million-Guiet once belonged to the lovely Norma Talmadge, one of the highest-paid film stars of the 1920s. Her brother-in-law was the famous silent comedian Buster Keaton. The flying stork mascot of the Hispano-Suiza, incidentally, was based on the squadron badge of France’s First World War ace of aces Georges Guyneymer, whose SPAD biplane was powered by a Hispano-Suiza V8 engine.
