This Alfa Romeo 1900 C was used as a vehicle for the tour management at the Giro d'Italia 1953. The Alfa was body built by Carrozzeria Boneschi and sponsored by the Italian sports newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport. Carrozzeria Boneschi was an Italian car body manufacturer that today only exists as a brand. The company was founded in 1919 by Giovanni Boneschi and has always been based in Cambiago.
