The Bugatti 57SC Atlantic Coupé, with its innovative low chassis and curvaceous design, is the epitome of Art Deco automotive design. Only four Bugatti Atlantics were ever built. Of those four, one mysteriously disappeared. Model number 57,591 was originally purchased by Richard B. Pope in England in 1937. Then Tom Perkins owned this Bugatti (1970). Today it is owned by Ralph Lauren. The latter decided to keep Pope's license plate EXK6.
